We ship worldwide

We strive to process and dispatch your order in 3–5 business days. All orders are safely delivered by a secure, valid tracking system. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email.

Please double check that the shipping and billing information are complete, accurate, and valid. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause processing delays. If the mailing address is a P.O. box, please be sure it accepts package deliveries.

We are not responsible if the address is incorrect or undeliverable, and you are responsible for paying the full delivery fee to have the returned item resent.

Delivery fees:

When placing an order, the system will calculate shipping fee with low price and short delivery time based on your delivery address.

The website's pricing is all in USD (US Dollars).

Shipping Policy

  • Parcels returned to us because of invalid, incorrect, or incomplete address, as well as unclaimed or refused parcels, are not eligible for free re-delivery. If you wish to have your order re-delivered, please contact us, and we will help you arrange a re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
  • PrettyMira.com is not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, and we will not give refunds, exchanges, or replacements. If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact us, and we will try our best to address them.
  • Please ensure that packages placed in an outside communal mailbox in hot or cold weather are retrieved as soon as possible to avoid items being compromised. PrettyMira.com is not responsible for items damaged due to weather- or temperature-related issues.
  • Please ensure that you take your item in a timely manner, as instructed on the delivery notification. A delivery provider like Canada Post will not be able to keep your package for a lengthy period of time. If a redelivery is requested, items returned to us may be subject to extra costs. 
  • Please double-check that the mailing address that you entered at checkout is correct, complete, and valid. Packages returned to us owing to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address may incur extra charges if re-delivery is requested. Any costs paid on the products during transit (including original shipping costs, package return shipping costs, relevant taxes, and applicable duties) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account delays due to holidays, harsh weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or any other unforeseen situations. We will try our best to assist with any delivery delays; nevertheless, we cannot be responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside of the estimated time frame.
  • When ordering a high-quantity purchase, you may receive items separately and on different dates (although we try to package all items together to minimize this issue).

Duty and Tax

Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/ or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. This charge is determined by your local customes authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. PrettyMira.com does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. Certain countries may require certain documentaion before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
