We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

AXIS-Y Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash-Off Pack is made with mugwort extract to soothe and hydrate the skin. This mask helps remove excess oil, revealing a brighter and smoother complexion. With 61% mugwort extract, it protects the skin's natural moisture barrier. Adzuki beans gently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells, leaving your skin smoother. Additionally, mung bean in the formula hydrates, brightens, and firms the skin.

Use the provided spatula to scoop an adequate amount out of the container, and apply an even layer to your clean, dry face - avoiding the immediate eye area and mouth. Allow to dry for about 25 minutes, and then rinse off with lukewarm water. Can be used 2 - 3 times per week.
