We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

The BANILA CO Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Nourishing is a gentle cleanser that starts as a solid balm and turns into a smooth oil when applied to the skin. It removes makeup and cleans without removing your skin's essential oils. Specifically made for dry skin, this Nourishing version uses ginseng berry and royal jelly to add moisture and revitalize tired skin.
