We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

BANILA CO Clean it Zero Lychee Vita Cleansing Tissue (30 pcs) is a multi-package of low pH, no-rinse cleansing wipes. They effectively remove foundation and heavy makeup without irritating the skin or disrupting its natural moisture balance. The formula includes natural surfactants, panthenol, and allantoin to minimize skin irritation and provide a soothing effect. With vitamin C-rich lychee extract, acerola, and damask rose water, these wipes brighten the complexion and leave the skin soft. The resealable package contains 80 cleansing tissues for easy use.
