We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.
All sale and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Humidifiez légèrement un coton ou un mouchoir avec le dissolvant. Appuyez doucement et maintenez pendant plusieurs secondes contre votre paupière fermée. Essuyez délicatement. Rincer le contour des yeux avec de l'eau. Attendez cinq secondes puis essuyez avec un mouchoir. Retirez toute trace d’huile avant de réappliquer un nouveau maquillage.
