We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

L'ampoule intensive SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica contient un mélange concentré d'extrait de cica fermenté pour offrir une hydratation puissante au teint tout en aidant également à renforcer la barrière cutanée. Le panthénol, la bétaïne et l'allantoïne sont inclus dans la formule et agissent pour repulper, lisser et ajouter de l'humidité. L'extrait de Centella asiatica et le probio-cica végétalien sont également mélangés pour aider à réduire les rougeurs et les irritations.
