We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.
All sale and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

1) Une émulsion hydratante et nourrissante contenant différents types d'extraits de mangue et de graines de mangue, qui aide à renforcer la barrière cutanée.
2) Ajout d'un ingrédient céramide extrait du beurre de karité pour un effet hydratant intense et durable en créant une structure similaire à celle de la peau.
3) Également formulé avec 5 % d'huile d'ester pour un effet hydratant et 4 % d'huile d'hydrocarbone pour une sensation rafraîchissante.
4) Teneur en ingrédients principaux : beurre de graines de mangue (5 000 ppm), extrait de mangue (50 ppm), huile de graines de mangue (1 000 ppm)
