We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.

The gauze side gently exfoliates dead skin cells, while the plain cotton side helps remove dirt and impurities, providing relief for sensitive skin. The pads have a hypoallergenic formula and come with enclosed tweezers.
