We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.
All sale and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

1. Take out the white film covering the hydrogel sheet.
2. Put on the bottom half of the mask first then the upper half of the mask.
3. Remove the mask after 10 to 20 minutes, and tap the remaining essence for absorption.
