We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

Anua Birch 70 Moisture Boosting Cream, formulated with 77% peach fruit extract, ceramide, and three types of hyaluronic acid, smoothes and strengthens the skin's moisture barrier for healthy skin. The creamy mixture includes Vitamin B12 and niacinamide, which help to keep skin clean and bright. All skin types, especially sensitive and dry skin, may benefit from this product. After cleaning and toning, apply a little quantity to your face and gently massage it in to let it absorb.
