We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

The ANUA Heartleaf 77% Clear Pad is saturated with ANUA's blend of 77% Heartleaf Extract and Madecassoside to soothe and nourish the skin, tighten pores, control excess sebum production, and aid in healing troubled skin. An embossed side of the pad helps to gently remove dead skin cells and impurities.

1. After cleansing, use the embossing side of the pad to cleanse the face along the skin texture, avoiding the lip and eye areas.
2. Wipe the face once again gently with the opposite side of the pad to prep the skin.
3. The pad can also be used as a soothing sheet mask by placing on the irritated areas.
