We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner:
- A moisturizing toner formulated with 77% Houttuynia Cordata Extract that helps soothe sensitive skin and protect the skin from external irritations.
- The sub-acidic formula helps maintain the oil-moisture balance of the skin.
- Inirritative and contains 11 types of EWG Green Grade ingredients that is suitable for all skin types.
Heartleaf 70 Daily Relief Lotion:
- A moisturizing lotion formulated with 70% Heartleaf Extract that delivers intense hydration to the skin and helps soothe sensitive skin.

1. After cleansing, use the embossing side of the Clear Pad to cleanse the face along the skin texture, avoiding the lip and eye areas.
2. Wipe the face once again gently with the opposite side of the pad to prep the skin.
3. Apply a moderate amount of Toner, Ampoule and Lotion evenly over the face and pat lightly for better absorption.
