We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

The A'pieu Madecassoside Cleansing Foam is a gentle way to clean your skin, removing dirt and pollutants to leave it fresh and hydrated. It has madecassoside, centella asiatica extract, and allantoin to improve skin tone and soothe irritation. Plus, Arnica Montana Flower Extract adds deep moisture and creates a protective layer to keep your skin hydrated.

1. Take a moderate amount and lather up with lukewarm water.
2. Massage the face with foam gently and rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
