We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

1. Take a proper amount of the balm and melt it on your palm with your palms or fingers.
2. Apply the melted product on face and gently massage to remove dust or makeup.
3. Emulsify the product by adding a small amount of water.
4. Rinse off with lukewarm water.
