We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

The BANILA CO Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original is a special hypoallergenic cleanser. It starts as a solid balm and turns into a smooth oil when applied to the skin. This gentle formula removes makeup and cleans without taking away your skin's essential oils. It contains papaya and acerola extracts to naturally exfoliate and brighten the skin with Vitamin C. It works well for normal, oily, dry, and combination skin types.
