We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.
All sale and discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The BANILA CO Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Pore Clarifying is a gentle cleanser that transforms from a balm to an oil when applied to the skin. It effectively removes waterproof makeup and all impurities in one step. The Zero Balance Technology with Tri-Peel Acid ensures a deep cleanse without drying the skin, keeping it hydrated and protected. The Pore Clarifying formula, with 2% Jojoba Oil, keeps pores clear, and the Tri-Peel Acid, including AHA, BHA, and LHA, helps remove dead skin cells for a thorough clean and fresh feeling.

Product of Korea
1. Wash and dry hands before use.
2. Dispense an appropriate amount on hand using the spatula.
3. Melt the balm with your palms or fingers, then apply on forehead, cheeks, nose and chin.
4. Gently massage face to melt the makeup, and emulsify the balm by adding a few drops of water.
5. Rinse with lukewarm water.
