We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

The Banila Co Clean It Zero Pore Clarifying Foam Cleanser is a face wash for oily or problematic skin. It turns into a gentle foam that deeply cleans, removes impurities, and leaves your skin feeling refreshed and balanced.

1. Wash and dry hands before use.
2. Dispense an appropriate amount on hand and rub to form foam.
