We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.

The BANILA CO Miss Flower & Mr. Honey Propolis Rejuvenating 2-Step Mask is a treatment that makes your skin nourished, hydrated, and firmer for a glowing and radiant complexion. The first step uses an eco-friendly cotton mask sheet with Red Propolis Extract for nourishing and moisturizing. The second step involves a honey cream infused with Fermented Black Bee Honey Water and 6 types of Honey Extract, providing minerals and vitamins. It also includes Yellow Flower Complex™ and Nutrition Complex™ for soothing, moisturizing, and revitalizing effects. The mask has been tested for skin irritation and is gentle on the skin.
