Returns Policy

prettymira.com does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. 

We accept exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt. 

Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless item was defected, damaged. All products products that arrive damged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery. 

Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

Shipping

We ship within Canada and the USA.

We strive to process and dispatch your order by the next business day. We use Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator for delivery. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email.

Please double check that the shipping and billing information are complete, accurate, and valid. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause processing delays. If the mailing address is a P.O. box, please be sure it accepts package deliveries.

We are not responsible if the address is incorrect or undeliverable, and you are responsible for paying the full delivery fee to have the returned item resent.
