We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

Using an adequate amount, apply sleeping mask to the entire face after toner and ampule. Gently massage in circular motion from the outer to inner areas of the face, avoiding the eye membranous areas. To be used as a bi-weekly intensive night mask treatment when applied in a thick layer and as a daily night mask treatment when applied in a thin layer. Rinse off with lukewarm water in the morning after and top-up with Propolis Energy Ampule for a more intensive firming treatment. Suitable for all skin types.
